Debuting in 1992 and located in the acclaimed Pritchard Hill area of Napa Valley above Lake Hennessey, Bryant Family has become synonymous with the “cult” wine movement in Napa Valley. Their winemaking team includes some of the most famous names in the industry, with the likes of Helen Turley and Phillipe Melka as previous wine makers (now KK Carruthers), David Abreu as vineyard manager and the legendary Bordeaux wine consultant Michel Rolland. Due to the moderating effects of Lake Hennessey, the high altitude, and low yields, the 100% Cabernet Sauvignon of Bryant Family is consistently a darling with wine critics for its power, lush texture and intensity and concentration of fruit. Bryant Family also produces a second wine called Le Petit Bryant as well as the Cab based blends DB4 and Bettina Bryant (named after owner Don Byant’s wife). This is Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon at its best.
