Wines we enjoy tasting and drinking” These words (taken from their website) perfectly embody the wines of this iconic Burgundian producer. These wines are done using non-interventionalist techniques, a judicious use of new oak, and have been certified organic since 2016 (while using organic techniques long before that). Headquartered in Morey Saint Denis, Domaine Hubert Lignier also has holdings throughout Burgundy including Gevrey Chambertin, Chambolle Musigny, Nuit Saint Georges and Pommard.
