The wines of Domaine Dujac are certainly in the pantheon of the most coveted and esteemed wines in all of Burgundy. Founded in 1967 by Louis Seysses (a former biscuit manufacturer) and brought to excellence by his son Jacques, these wines are all about balance and elegance over raw brawn and power. Certified organic since 2008 and now helmed by a new generation of the Seysses family, Domaine Dujac will undoubtedly remain a consistent source of varietally correct, elite status Burgundy for quite some time.
